SamTrans

Cabrillo Unified has partnered with SamTrans to assist their students with transportation.

Schedules for the Coastside Routes 17 & 18

Serves Montara, Moss Beach (Seton Medical Center Coastside), El Granada, Half Moon Bay (Post Office, Downtown/City Hall, Moon Ridge Child Care Center)

Discount Tokens

Students can take advantage of discount bus tokens. The tokens can be used on all regular SamTrans bus routes. Youth tokens are sold in packages of 10 for $10 - (20% discount) and do not expire.

Tokens may be purchased at the Safeway store in Half Moon Bay

SamTrans Youth Pass

  • Monthly Youth Pass ($22) for students all year long. Please contact your school for more info.

  • This $40 pass allows unlimited rides on SamTrans all summer long, from June 1 to Aug. 31, and is available for purchase starting May 21 to kids 18 and younger. www.samtrans.com/syp

  • Clipper Card - Clipper® is a reloadable fare payment card that can be used to store a SamTrans Monthly Pass and cash. www.clippercard.com

  • Where can I buy a Clipper card? To get a youth Clipper Card, appear in person at the SamTrans office in San Carlos. Bring in your completed application and photo id. The Clipper youth application and other instructions can be found at www.samtrans.com/clipper

Monthly Youth Bus Passes can be purchased at the District office, Cunha and Half Moon Bay High School.
