NEW student for the
2024-25 school year in grades TK-12.
New student registration for the 2024-25 school year opens on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
New Family Registration
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LINK IF YOUR STUDENT ATTENDED CUSD LAST YEAR.
You are a new family if you have no students at CUSD.

Preparing for Registration
Please have the following documents ready to upload:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Current driver’s license
- Proof of residency must be submitted. The list below contains the acceptable items to establish residency. You only need 1 item from the list.
- Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
- Current employee check stub with current address
- Voter registration card
- Utility bill: current electricity, gas, or water bill with current address
Please also have the following information ready before beginning your online registration:
- Parent information: work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information: demographic and health/medication information.
- Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers for each contact
- Physician: name and phone number
- Please note: Parents/Guardians of current students will go through the Online Registration process in August to update student information and complete annual forms. More communication will be sent as August approaches.
