Medi-Cal Renewals

In March 2020, the federal government waived certain Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program requirements and conditions in response to COVID-19. The easing of these rules helped families with Medi-Cal keep their health coverage during the pandemic. However, Medi-Cal participants must now renew their eligibility in order to continue to receive health benefits through the program.

Take Action to Keep Your Coverage.

Local Medi-Cal offices review each member's eligibility once a year or when they report changes to their household. Everyone's renewal date is different.

For updates of family information, renewal, or options if you have been notified that you are no longer eligible, go to the following Health Care Services Medi-Cal renewal website: English  Español
