April 21, 2022 - Proclamation: Recognizing May as Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month | Español

The Governing Board of Cabrillo Unified School District proclaims that May is designated as Asian-Pacific Islander Month and that CUSD calls upon schools, staff, students, and families of the Coastside to observe May as Asian-Pacific Islander History Month by celebrating and recognizing the countless contributions made by Asians and Pacific Islanders throughout our history.

The Cabrillo Unified School District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on actual or perceived characteristics of race or ethnicity, color, ancestry, nationality, national origin, immigration status, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, or based on the person's association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
