Kings Mountain Elementary School, part of Cabrillo Unified School District, is an alternative school located eight and one-half miles south of Highway 92, off of Highway 35. The school has three combination classrooms serving approximately 85 children, kindergarten through fifth grade.
The school takes pride in their ability to foster the development of creative, courageous, compassionate human beings who are committed to realizing their full potential, while supporting others to do the same. The school promotes a powerful, cohesive partnership that actively involves students, parents, teachers, other school personnel, and the community in accomplishing our mission. Students are provided a safe and nurturing learning environment and receive an appropriate, academically challenging curriculum; develop a sense of personal responsibility, respect all others and practice good citizenship. |
