Annual Grad Night Party, June 7, 2012 Grad night is a non-stop graduation celebration with dancing, games, activities, food, fun and prizes. Graduates arrive at 10 PM and leave at 5 AM. We keep them safe all night. Parents, we need your help to continue with this wonderful event. Meetings 2011-12: 3rd Tuesday each month in teachers lounge in administration building at 7:00pm Many volunteers are needed throughout the year to make Grad Night successful. Setup/Decorating and Security committees also need many helpers. Any hours you can help would be appreciated. We will need many volunteers the week of and the night of the event. Chaperones the night of the event are ideally parents of freshman, sophomore and/or junior. They are needed to take shifts on the evening of June 7, 2012. (When your child is a senior someone else will be present at the event.) FYI, chaperones have almost as much fun at this party as the kids do! Shifts are 9:30pm-1:30 am and 1:30AM-5:00AM. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Parents of Freshman, Sophmore, Juniors & Seniors.
We need your help for GRAD NIGHT. This party is an opportunity for our HMBHS Seniors to celebrate graduation in a safe and fun way. Every year the venuel is transformed into an exciting party locale. The grads are entertained all night long with games, dancing, activities and food. We need Sophomore and Junior parents to get involved and learn the ropes for next year – it is not too soon to get involved.
