KINDERGARTEN VISITATION & IMPORTANT DATES

Welcome to El Granada Elementary School! The following events have been planned for you and your kindergarten student. We hope that these activities will ease the transition into school. If you should have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact the school at 712-7150.

Visitations will be November 17, 2011, January 12, 2012, February 16, 2012 and March 15, 2012 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. Parents, please make reservations for the tour by calling the office at 712-7150. Parents will meet in the school office. Visitors may not bring children on these tours.

Parents may also visit during Public Schools Week (April 9 to 13, 2012 ) or any Wednesday with 24 hour notice.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION BEGINS: Tuesday, January 17, 2012
Forms must be filled out in the school office. This will take about 15 minutes. Documents needed to register a student:

1. Birth Certificate, Baptismal Record, Passport
2. Current Immunization Records
3. Proof* of residency: PG&E bill, etc. something with a street address. Driver's license wil not work.

All registration paperwork such as emergency card, registration card, and CHDP form must be received by the school office. Children are not considered registered until all paperwork is completed.  Registration Forms must be filled out in school office.  This will take about 15 minutes.
