Box Tops For Education: Have you noticed the
pink box tops on many of the products you buy on a regular basis including
cereal, baking items and snacks? Each of these box tops is worth ten
cents. Clip them and send them to school with your children all year
long and El Granada can potentially earn hundreds of dollars.
Dolphin Joe Coffee: Certified Organic coffee roasted locally is on sale at the front office NOW! Proceeds benefit the school, so don't run out of coffee! Pick some up TODAY!
Direct Donation/Corporate Matching: The PTO is a 501(c)(3)
public benefit corporation so your cash donations are tax deductible.
Checks should be made out to El Granada PTO and can be dropped off in
the school office or mailed to P.O. Box 2194, El Granada, CA, 94018.
If the company you or your spouse works for has a corporate matching
program, you can double your donation. Contact your Human Resources
Department to see if there is a matching donation policy. If there is,
request the required paperwork. If you need help filling out the forms
contact us at egpto@cabrillo.k12.ca.us.
eScrip: Did you know that you can raise money for El Granada Elementary
School when you shop at Safeway using your club card, Dine at participating
restaurants, or shop online through the eScrip Online Mall where hundreds of your favorite online stores contribute? Participating merchants will donate
up to 5% of the amount you spend every time you shop. Fundraising has never
been so easy! go to www.escrip.com to register online, enroll in eScrip Dining or shop through the eScrip Online Mall, or Click on eScrip to pull up
and print out a registration form and turn it in to your child's teacher or
the school office.
eWaste Recycling: Donate your used inkjet cartridges, laser toner
cartridges, cell phones, digital cameras, iPods, GPS devices, and laptop
computers. These items are recycled through Empties4Cash and eScrip recycling in return for cash. You can drop off your recyclable items wrapped in a plastic bag in the
green collection box located in the school office hallway.
T-shirt Sales: Show your school spirit and buy an El Granada t-shirt or sweatshirt
and you will also be raising money for your school. Click on t-shirt sales to pull
up an order form, print and fill it out and return it to the front office.
